This recipe is kinda easy but really tasty~ I recommend you to try this~! Goodluck~
Ingredients :
4 Boneless, skinless Chicken Breast
2/3 cup of Bread crumbs
1/2 cup of flour
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Eggs
2 tbsp of Milk
1/3 cup of Parmesan
BBQ Sauce
Asparagus
Broccoli
5 tbsp of cooking oil
Mix 2/3 cup of bread crumbs,salt,pepper, 1/3 cup of Parmesan into a bowl. Then in another bowl, beat an egg and milk together. Put 1/2 cup of flour on a plate.
The next step is, dredge both sides of the cutlet into the flour (make sure to do it one by one) , then dip the cutlet into the egg mixture, then coat it with the bread crumbs mixture and put it on a plate. Repeat the steps until all cutlet done. Heat up frying pan, once your oil heated up, fry your cutlets until turns golden brown. After done, step it aside.
Next thing you need to do is to prepare the side dishes. Boil the broccoli. For the asparagus, i like it to have a little taste. So, i coat it with sesame oil and salt, then i stir fry it. Cook an egg and sprinkle some blackpepper.
Put all the food on a plate and pour the BBQ sauce. Enjoy~!
