Homemade Fries



This is toooooooo easy to make, all you need is just potatoes. Haha.


Ingredients :

4 potatoes
Salt to taste
Cooking oil


Cut the potatoes into julienne cut. Then fry it over medium heat until all potatoes turns golden brown. Then remove it and strain the excess oil. Put in a bowl and sprinkle some salt. Mix it well and serve with chili sauce (optional). 


Simple and easy right? Try it! :)








BBQ Chicken Cutlet


This recipe is kinda easy but really tasty~ I recommend you to try this~! Goodluck~


 Ingredients :

4 Boneless, skinless Chicken Breast
2/3 cup of Bread crumbs
1/2 cup of flour
Salt to taste 
Pepper to taste
Eggs
2 tbsp of Milk
1/3 cup of Parmesan
BBQ Sauce
Asparagus
Broccoli
5 tbsp of cooking oil


Mix 2/3 cup of bread crumbs,salt,pepper, 1/3 cup of Parmesan into a bowl. Then in another bowl, beat an egg and milk together. Put 1/2 cup of flour on a plate.
The next step is, dredge both sides of the cutlet into the flour (make sure to do it one by one) , then dip the cutlet into the egg mixture, then coat it with the bread crumbs mixture and put it on a plate. Repeat the steps until all cutlet done. Heat up frying pan, once your oil heated up, fry your cutlets until turns golden brown. After done, step it aside.

Next thing you need to do is to prepare the side dishes. Boil the broccoli. For the asparagus, i like it to have a little taste. So, i coat it with sesame oil and salt, then i stir fry it. Cook an egg and sprinkle some blackpepper.

Put all the food on a plate and pour the BBQ sauce. Enjoy~! 





Easy Delicious French Toast


Ahaaa! This is my homemade simple french toasts~ Its soft and delicious. Serve it hot with coffee will be freaking good hehe :) Lets try to make it~! 


Ingredients :

Bread loaf
4 eggs
2 cups of milk
3 tbsp of Sugar
Butter or Margarine


First, stir 4 eggs into a bowl, then pour 2 cups of milk and 3 tbsp of sugar. Mix it well. Then, heat up your frying pan over lower heat. Once your pan is hot, put 1/2 tbsp of butter and coat the bread with your eggs and milk mixture and put it on the pan. Each side should turns golden brown. Repeat the steps until all mixture done. And ready to serve! :)







My Homemade Shrimp Chicken Dumplings



Okay~ Here's the recipe i learnt from my dad :) It looks hard to make, but trust me its really easy and fun. Except! the dumpling skin. To prepare the dough is easy but to shape it, i dont know how to explain..So, I attached a video from youtube for you.Hehe :) Okay, let see what you'll need :


Ingredients for the fillings :

1/2 bowl of Minced chicken
1/2 bowl Minced shrimp
 Minced Scallion
1 tbsp of Minced garlic
1 Egg
1 1/2 tbsp of Sesame oil


Ingredients for the dumpling skin :
  
2 cups of all-purpose flour
3/4 cup just boiled water
1/4 tbsp of salt

Lets make the dumpling skin first, put 2 cups of all-purpose flour and 1/4 tbsp of salt in a bowl, mix it and make a hole in the center and pour the water. while you are adding the water, stir the flour, so that the flour will absorb the water. After the flour turns into lumpy bits, knead the dough until it become one mass. If the dough still dry, add more water. Then transfer the dough on the table (make sure its clean) and knead it for about 3 minutes and put in a sandwich bag for an hour. After that, cut it into 4 pieces, and roll each piece into a thick log and cut it into 8 equal pieces and shape each pieces into rounded disc. The rest actions, please take a look at this video :)


Okay, for the fillings, put minced chicken, minced shrimp, minced scallion, minced garlic. Mix it. Then put an egg and sesame oil. Mix it well again. Sprinkle some salt to taste. Fillings done! 


You can make boiled or fried dumplings! its all up to you~ hehe Best of luck to try~

My Homemade Beef Spaghetti


To make homemade spaghetti is really easy~ let's try it out~


Ingredients :

Spaghetti noodles
1/2 bowl of Minced beef
1 can of Tomato paste
salt to taste
Blackpepper (optional)
3 Mushrooms cut into dices
Grated Parmesan


To make the spaghetti sauce, first you need to fry the minced beef and sprinkle some salt to taste. Then pour a can of tomato paste and mushrooms that cut into dices. Sprinkle some blackpepper to taste (optional). 

In a large pot, boil the spaghetti noodle until its soft. Thenget it and strain the excess water. Put in a plate, pour your beef sauce and serve with grated parmesan. Enjoy~! 






Chicken Mayo Rice 치킨 마요~


This food is really popular among students in South Korea~ Its a steamed rice mix with fried chicken cut into dices, scramble eggs, teriyaki sauce, mayonnaise and dried seaweed 김 (optional)~ I guess you guys will like "what? mayonnaise and rice?" haha i was like that too, but once i eat it, its really delicious and i learnt how to make it. Ahaha~ Let's give it a try to prove you wrong. hehe here's what you'll need :


Ingredients :

Chicken breast 
salt to taste
3 tbsp of flour
1/2 tbsp of cornstarch
1 tbsp of Mayonnaise
Teriyaki Sauce
Dried seaweed
2 eggs
1/2 bowl of steamed rice


First of all, you need to fry you chicken breast. Heat up your frying pan over medium heat. While waiting, sprinkle some salt on your chicken. Mix well 3 tbsp of flour and 1/2 tbsp of cornstarch, then get you chicken breast and coat it with the mixed flour. And fry it. After it turns golden brown, remove it from the heat and cut it into dices, let it cool. 

Then you need to make scrambled eggs ( i dont have to teach you how to cook it bcuz you sure know how right? haha). After done, in a bowl of rice, put your scrambled eggs, fried chicken that cut into dices, sprinkle some dried seaweed, teriyaki sauce and 1 tbsp of mayonnaise. Mix all together and enjoyyyy~!


Its really easy to make right? Give it a try~ hehe :) 






Ayam Goreng Masak Cili Api ( Too spicy fried chicken )



  Alrighttt this recipe is really simple~! Its delicious, spicy and also easy to make. Lets see what you'll need~

Ingredients :

1 whole chicken 
25 cili padi, pounded
2 tbsp of Turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp of salt
1 1/2 tbsp of sugar
1 Onion, finely sliced
Cooking oil


Heat up your frying pan to fry the chicken. While waiting for it, put the chicken that has been cut into a bowl, add 1/2 tbsp of salt and 2 tbsp of turmeric powder. Mix it well and fry it until it turns to golden brown color and crispy. After that in a different pan, fry the finely sliced onion, after the onion turns soft, add the 25 pounded cili padi, sugar and salt. Cook it for about 3 minutes over lower heat. At last put your fried chickens into the pan and mix it with the spicy sauce well and ready to serve~!

Beef Mushroom Ravioli with Creamy Sauce


Hmmm, this recipe is delicious but really hard and complicated to make. HAHAHA. But give it a try, when u taste it, you definitely will satisfied~! 

Ingredients for pasta :

1/2 bowl of all purpose flour, sifted
2 eggs
salt to taste
warm water

Ingredients for fillings :

Minced beef
Minced mushrooms
Minced Garlic
Fresh Cream
Parmesan ( optional )

Ingredients for creamy sauce :

Butter or Margarine
Fresh cream
egg yolk
salt to taste
Sliced Mushrooms


To make the pasta, pour sifted flour in a bowl, salt and eggs. Mix it well. If the dough is dry, pour some warm water. Carefully bcuz you dont want a soggy dough. and then knead it until it become a perfect dough, not sticky nor dry. Then, wrap it with kitchen towel, put it away for about 30 minutes. After that, use your pasta machine to flatten the dough. For those who dont have a pasta machine, you can also use dough roller (which i dont recommend because it takes a lot of time and its really hard).
after flatten your dough, shape it with squares and its time to make the fillings.

For the fillings, fry the minced beef, minced mushrooms, minced garlic on a non-stick frying pan. In this case, you dont have to use cooking oil because the beef will produce oil by frying it. After done, put that fillings in a bowl, pour fresh cream and Parmesan. And then, store in fridge for about 15 minutes.

To make Ravioli, get your square shaped pastas, put your fillings on the center of your square shaped pasta, then stick the edges with white egg. And then at this point, if you dont have the tool to shape ravioli edges, you can use a fork. By pressing the edge of the fillings with fork, then cut the leftover pasta, and it will become semicircle ravioli. After done all, boil it, if the ravioli floating, get it and let it cool.

For the creamy sauce, melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Put fresh cream and simmer it for abou 4 minutes, add egg yolk and mix it well. Then add sliced mushrooms and salt to taste. At last add the raviolis and its ready to serve.

Chicken Teriyaki 데리야끼 치킨 만들기


Okay, this recipe is simple too as long as you have all the ingredients and also a Teriyaki sauce. BUT! if you dont have a teriyaki sauce, i'll show you how to make a homemade teriyaki sauce. Enjoy~!

Ingredients

Chicken breast
1/2 tsp of minced garlic
1 tsp of salt
1/2 cup of teriyaki sauce
Blackpepper for taste ( optional )
1/2 cup of cooking oil


Put chicken breast in a bowl, add 1 tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp of minced garlic. Mix well. Then, heat up the non-stick frying pan, put 1/2 cup of cooking oil, and fry the chicken breast. After both side turns golden brown, add 1/2 cup of teriyaki sauce and cook it together until the sauce stick to the chicken breast. After that, take it out, slice it and put on a plate and pour some teriyaki sauce again. Serve it with rice. Done.
 P/s : 
If u dont have Teriyaki Sauce, you can also make it by your own. All you need are soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, ginger, honey and cornstarch. Just mix all ingredients well then boil it and simmer it. After done let it cool then store it in fridge for about a week.
